POLICIES
& LETTER OF AGREEMENT
EHIP
Organizing provides professional organizing services in Davis County,
Utah.
Our goal is to be efficient, effective and budget-friendly. We strive to implement realistic organization systems for simplified upkeep.
Photographs of “before” and “after” will be used upon client’s signature below.
All matters are kept confidential and will not be shared without written consent. Below are our service terms.

RATES AND
PAYMENTS:
•
One (1) complimentary
thirty-minute consult for all new customers.
After 30 minutes, the hourly rate is billed to initial invoice.
• The hourly rate for services including consulting, design & installation is $45.00 per hour.
• The hourly rate for shopping is $35.00 per hour, plus the cost of supplies.
•The hourly rate is per Organizer. If an additional EHIP Organizer assists on an install, the hourly rate for that Organizer will be $45,
total labor will equal close to the same hours spent per project.
• Payments may be made in cash, check (payable to Jennifer Lowe) or Venmo (@Jennlowe333).
• A $250 deposit is due at time of booking and will be applied to your invoice.
• Remaining balance to be paid at the conclusion of each project.
• A commute that exceeds 15 minutes will be billed at the hourly rate from that time forward.
• EHIP Organizing welcomes referrals and would love to thank those referring clients with 30 minutes of complimentary services.

SCHEDULING:

Projects/Installations will take place on Tuesdays/Thursdays from 9:00a.m.-3:00p.m.
unless otherwise agreed upon.
• If the Client wishes to provide products needed for project, the products will be available for use by the agreed upon date.
• Twenty-four hours notice is required for rescheduling appointments.
• There will be a $50 fee applied for appointments cancelled with less than 24-hour notice, or for missed appointments.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

EHIP Organizing provides Clients with the tools and information to make their
own decisions about disposing of unwanted or unneeded possessions.
• EHIP will refer Clients to appropriate providers for removal of goods, and other services and products as needs arise.
• EHIP does not remove donations, recycling, trash or other items upon completion of an install.
• EHIP Organizing does not assume any responsibility arising out of Client’s disposing of their personal property and or personal records, or from use of other providers, services, companies or organizations.
•EHIP Organizing recommends Clients ask their lawyers, accountants, and financial advisors should questions arise in these areas.
• EHIP will refer Clients to appropriate providers for removal of goods, and other services and products as needs arise.

TERMINATION:
•
The Client has the right to terminate services at any time. If the Client
elects to terminate services, the Client remains responsible for any fees incurred
prior to termination.
• EHIP Organizing has the same right regarding termination, subject to reasonable notice to allow Client to arrange alternative services.
• EHIP Organizing has the right to decline providing services if toxins are present in the work area, or if dangerous conditions are present.
